What is the passing marks for GTU Diploma Engineering ?

The passing percentage required for GTU diploma candidates to pass the exam is 35%. If you not getting 35%, then you will get backlog in that particular subject. But, it is very easy to score 35% marks in any subjects. I know some subjects are very hard to score 35% marks, but you have to do hard work in that particular subject.

What is CGPA in GTU diploma ?

The full form of CGPA is Cumulative Grade Point Average which measures a student’s overall academic performance. We all know that GTU doesn’t gives marks or percentage. You will get GTU results in the form of CGPA system which is average of last two years of a course.

What is the passing marks out of 70 in GTU diploma ?

The passing marks required for GTU diploma candidates to pass the exam is 28 marks out of 70 marks. Which is very easy to score except some hard subject. In hard subjects you have to apply more efforts to pass out that subjects.

Is it easy to pass GTU Diploma exam ?

It is very easy to pass GTU Diploma exam, because you required only 28 marks out of 70 marks in GTU exams for passing the exam which is very easy to score that marks. We all know that some subjects are very difficult to score 28 marks out of 70 marks, but you have to do hard work for passing that particular subject.

How many backlogs are allowed in GTU diploma ?

Maximum 4 backlogs are allowed in GTU diploma exams. If your backlogs are more than 4 backlogs than new subjects will not be allocated to you and you are detained for one year period. In this period you can solve your previous backlogs. After that you allocated new subjects.

What happens if we fail in GTU Diploma exam ?

Don’t worry if you fail in GTU Diploma exam. GTU takes Re-medial exams every year. If you fail in your exam you are allowed to give re-medial exam of that subjects. But, one thing remember that if you fail in more than 4 subjects, then you will be detained for one year period and new subjects will not be allocated to you. You have to pass that subject after that you allocated new subjects.

Is calculator allowed in GTU Diploma exam ?

Only simple calculator is allowed in GTU Diploma exams. Scientific calculator is not allowed. But, most of subjects in diploma engineering not required the calculator. Only numerical subjects required the calculator. But, you can carry simple calculator in all subjects.
