  1. કોઇપણ સંજોગોમાં ટપાલથી કે રૂબરૂ અરજી સ્વીકરવામાં આવશે નહી, ફકત ઓનલાઇન જ અરજી કરવાની રહશે.
  2. આ જગ્યાઓની શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાત, પગાર ધોરણ તેમજ અન્ય માહીતીઓ OJAS વેબેસાઇટ http://ojas.gujarat.gov.in પરથી મેળવવાની રહેશે.
  3. ઉમેદવારે નિયત થયેલ ફી તા. ૦૨/૦૨/૨૦૨૬, ૧૫-૦૦ કલાક સુધીમાં પોસ્ટ ઓફિસમાં ભરપાઇ કરવાની રહેશે.ફી વગરની અરજીઓની આપોઆપ ના-મંજુર ગણવામાં આવશે.
  4. આ ભરતી પ્રક્રિયા બાબતે જરૂર જણાયે પસંદગી સમિતિ દ્વારા મેરિટ આધારિત શોર્ટ લીસ્ટેડ થયેલ ઉમેદવારોને જ લેખિત પરિક્ષામાં બોલાવવામાં આવશે.
