| Revenue Talati, Class-3 (Revenue Department) | 2389 | (૧) ઉમેદવાર ભારતમાં કેન્દ્રીય અથવા રાજ્ય અધિનિયમથી અથવા તે હેઠળ સ્થાપાયેલી અથવા સંસ્થાપિત યુનિવર્સિટીઓ પૈકી કોઈપણમાંથી અથવા તે તરીકે માન્ય થયેલી અન્ય કોઈ પણ શૈક્ષણિક સંસ્થામાંથી અથવા યુનિવર્સિટી ગ્રાંટ કમિશન અધિનિયમ-૧૯૫૬ ની કલમ-૩ હેઠળ ડીમ્ડ યુનિવર્સિટી તરીકે જાહેર થયેલી બીજી કોઇપણ શૈક્ષણિક સંસ્થામાંથી મેળવેલ સ્નાતકની પદવી ધરાવતો હોવો જોઈશે અથવા સરકારે માન્ય કરેલ તેની સમકક્ષ લાયકાત ધરાવતો હોવો જોઇશે; વધુમાં, મહેસૂલ વિભાગના તા.૨૨/૦૫/૨૦૨૫ ના જાહેરનામાથી નિયત કરેલ પરીક્ષા નિયમો ની જોગવાઈ મુજબ “Candidate who has appeared at a final year/semester of the Bachelor’s Degree level examination, the passing of which would render him educationally qualified for the examination mentioned in rule-6, but result of such examination is not declared, till the last date of filling of the application form as also the candidates who intend to appear at such qualifying examination shall also be eligible for admission to the examination Provided further that a candidate who fails to produce the proof of passing the Bachelor’s Degree examination at the time of document verification stage, shall not be eligible for inclusion in the Select List or the Waiting List, as the case may be, and his candidature shall be void and treated as cancelled ab-initio.” (૨) ગુજરાત મુલ્કી સેવા વર્ગીકરણ અને ભરતી (સામાન્ય) નિયમો, ૧૯૬૭ માં ઠરાવ્યા પ્રમાણેની કોમ્પ્યુટરના ઉપયોગ અંગેની પાયાની જાણકારી ધરાવતો હોવો જોઈશે. (3) ઉમેદવાર ગુજરાતી અથવા હિન્દી અથવા બંને ભાષાનું પૂરતું જ્ઞાન ધરાવતો હોવો જોઇશે. |
